Planned to rectified the issue -
1) see the following service should be started.
2) see the jde Logs
Ground work -

run dialogbox type - services.msc for check the service.
Here we see that it is stop. so we need to start it. then try to login again.
But we again got the same error
Now we need to check the logs-
we can see the log in default location . i.e c:\jde.log
but see , we found some error as per below screenshot.
